**Toast! Toast!** *clink clink clink*

My dad's speech at the rehearsal dinner:

(in tears)
"I am so honored to see my son get married.(sniff sniff) And to be part of this all..."

(wait for it...........)

(waiiiiittttt for it.............)

"...especially since this will be the last marriage in our family for at least a few years."

uh huh. nice. smoothe.

He is SO going to An Adult Day Care when I get the chance.

Brutal! When we announced our first pregnancy, my mom started crying and was saying that my grandmother thought she would die before I had any children...I was 25. I think if you shared wedding pictures, especially your dress/shoes, we'd all feel a lot better about what your dad said. ;o)
