life in the fast lane...

I have eaten pizza every.single.night this week. AND I'm not even sick of it.

This thrills my dogs to no end because the only people food they ever get is pizza crust. SO whenever there's pizza in the house, maggie and mick sit to full attention.

I finally came out of my road trip recovery and went shopping today. I got these...

I debated if they were too "young" for me. But my friend convinced me they weren't. Though she IS my same age....sooooo....dunno if I can trust that one.

Then I followed up my shopping day with a spa afternoon. I had a Mani/pedi/massage/waxed stuff. I teach class again tomorrow night. I need to at least LOOK the part. Especially since I haven't set foot in a yoga class since I was last here. I'm building to that...after I stop eating pizza. I'm sure it'll be ANY day now.

Tomorrow should be awesome as it won't be 5 million degrees. Okay. it was 90 today. But 90 new york degrees with the humidity factor is like 150 california degrees.

Am watching idol right now. Danny Gokey is cute and all blah blah....but as far as I see it, he's just another Taylor Hicks. And we all know how THAT turned out. I just don't see a record album in his future. Ever since clay Aiken it's been downhill. (HAHHA) (kinda)

yah. I'm in NY watching Idol. BUT I'm eating NY pizza whilst I'm watching it! I am ALL NEW YORK and stuff.

SO, I am very excited for Mr. Softee. I love the ice cream cones with the little round sprinkles on them.

NYC Mr. Softee ice cream trucks? Awesome. Mr. Softee boyfriend? Not so much.

Lombardis Pizza in the Village is very special. True Neopolitan style pizza, with a super thin crust cooked in a coal burning oven. The toppings are fresh and delicious. The shopping in the area is not bad either. . .

What will you say when I tell you that I have been to NYC?! Niagra Falls is the closest I've come.

I'll trade you my LFS for some of your pizza. I bet she'd be a great little helper for your class :)

I could swear I already left a comment to this post - where is it? what did I say? I am sure it was good...I think it was something about the pizza (which we will have to get next time you are here - none of my boys like the crust - dogs will be in heaven!)!

off subject - Wesley was reading his book to me the other day and he was trying to sound out a word that started with "m", he couldn't get it so he started guessing...
Mick?
Maggie?

How cool are those shoes! I want to come have pizza too! My sis is in NYC right now. Look for an albino white girl wearing 4 inch heels, trying to look cool.

Oh, my friend, you and I are SO on the same page re Danny. That guy is horrendous. I hate him with a passion. I think it might be his ever-changing pair of glasses.

I mean, if he honestly believes that anyone in America is idolizing those specs, he is in for a rude awakening.

I'm done now.
